I would like to congratulate Rob on his most informative contribution to this subject. I had no idea about this scandal, and the failure of those who pass for our art critics to call it out. Milo Iannopoulos on his visit to Australia a year or so ago attacked'Aboriginal' art as being of no cultural value and I must say I was disturbed at the time, even though I related to most of Milo's agenda in other areas such as his opposition to feminism and political Islam. From what Rob writes it seems Milo was pretty accurate about so-called 'Aboriginal dot art', to wit that it is largely low-grade and entirely overrated.
The way things are going now however in this stupid country, it would not at all surprise me if at some stage in the near future some politically correct government includes criticism of dot-art under the racial vilification laws. I hope I am wrong but I am expecting the worst from a Shorten government in all these areas of free speech. Good Work Rob Keep it up!
