Thanks, Peter, for this second installment of your reflections.

In my replies to your first article I took it upon myself to play the devil's advocate and, with reference to the philosophical principle of charity, find defensible aspects of identitarians' tendency to limit nd control free speech.

I remain committed to the principle of philosophical charity - but there seems ever less in the totalitarian approach to control of free speech effected by more strident left-wing identitarians that one could at all be charitable about.

Let's hope there is something in your third article for my compulsive inner contrarian to disagree with. I find sitting around and nodding sagely in agreement terribly boring.
